This coming Tuesday, November 12 at 2 PM we will be having another Zoom meeting. I’ve been struggling with my ongoing medical issues and really need to get people to help support this happening or I will need to step out. I can’t do this alone.
People are needed to develop a list of who to invite to display their resources. People who displayed in 2015 will be given first dibs, but then who? We ran out of space before.
People are needed to work on getting quotes and deciding which companies to use. Stage rental, Audio tech, Musicians, Photography, Table rental, Table coverings, Water supply, Balloons, Tshirt printing, face painters, balloon animal maker, jugglers, etc.
Need a person to take on specific tasks. Volunteer Coordinator. Performance Coordinator. Resource Table Coordinator. Voter Registration Coordinator.
You can be an integral part of this adventure.
